There are two shipping options:
- A flat rate of $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail (or Fed Ex or UPS Ground for larger orders) regardless of size order and takes about 2-3 delivery once processed and shipped (see delivery estimate below).
- Free Shipping via USPS 1st Class Mail – which may take a week.
Orders over $200.00 may require a signature upon delivery. So, please check provided tracking info for scheduled or attempted delivery and look for a notice left by courier if delivery was attempted. Please make sure the shipping address you provide can receive mail from the USPS or the shipment will be returned to us and re-shipped at your cost. If a package requires a signature and is returned to us by the courier due to no signature being obtained, it can be reshipped at the customer’s cost. If the customer requests to have the order refunded because of this (or if the package delivery is refused) the customer will be refunded minus our original shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15%. Each “ship to” address is treated as a separate order and priced accordingly. Example: If you order 12 packs of Iosat and choose to have 6 sent to one address and 6 sent to another, you will have to place two separate orders and pay the 6+ pricing for each order. We reserve the right to ship together in the same package multiple orders that are shipped to the same person and address.
Delivery estimate: Before you order, please know that we do not guarantee a “shipped by” date. Once the order has shipped the USPS estimates Priority Mail delivery time as 2-3 days. USPS 1st Class Mail can take 3-7 days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery time, once shipped, of at least a week is possible. All orders have a tracking number and will be emailed to you when shipped. Orders ship as available stock and quantity of orders allows. We do not issue refunds or credits on delayed delivery unless we receive a refund from the carrier. Delays can result from adverse weather conditions and other factors such as terrorism threats and North Korea rhetoric (which creates high volume of orders to process). We cannot be responsible for incomplete or wrong shipping addresses. Unless we are solely in error, under no circumstances are original shipping costs refunded for any reason. If an order has to be reshipped due to wrong information provided by the customer or their representative, the actual shipping and handling charges incurred will be charged to the customer. And we will not reship until we receive the returned package. If you decide not to pay to have it reshipped you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. The USPS will not deliver the package if the shipping name or company name is not officially registered with that particular PO Box. This means the package will be returned to us and you will have to pay to have it reshipped. And we will not reship until we receive the returned package. If you decide not to pay to have it reshipped you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and we also deduct our original shipping costs. .

We only ship to the U.S. due to international package tracking issues.
The costs may seem high but we aren’t padding them at all. It is considerably more to ship outside the U.S. and the U.S. Postal Service is the cheapest by far.
We currently only ship to Canada and the United Kingdom via USPS First Class International Mail.
- Canada: $9.95 plus 8% of sub-total (USD)
- United Kingdom: $9.95 plus 12% of sub-total (USD)
Customers may have to pay duty on the value of the goods, plus GST and PST or HST, depending on the shipping address. Paying these additional taxes/duties levied by the Canadian or United Kingdom government is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not ship Seychelle products to Australia or New Zealand.
Confirmed Delivery back to top
If the shipping courier has scanned and electronically confirmed the delivery of your package at the shipping address you provided, then you agree that is it considered delivered as contracted and our contract with you has been satisfied and that Nukepills, Inc. is under no obligation to reship that order or issue a refund. However, we will make every reasonable attempt to help you locate the shipment if this is the case. It is very rare that a package is considered stolen. Usually a neighbor received it for some reason. If you cannot locate the package please check with others who may have collected it, contact a neighbor who may have received it, or contact your local post office or other courier. We can tell you the type of packaging that the order was in and can send you a copy of the original shipping label.

Nukepills.com can accept a purchase order from U.S. hospitals and labs, U.S. educational institutions, and local, state and U.S. government entities with 30 days net terms and with a minimum order of $100. We do not except purchase order from other private or public businesses. Purchase orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. The terms and conditions under which we accept purchase orders are subject to change without notice. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. We cannot process your purchase order unless you provide all of the information requested below and send us an actual purchase order. We do not take purchase order numbers over the phone or in emails unless it is an attachment.

2. Please include the following information about your company:
- Company Name
- Company’s Tax ID Number
- Company Billing Address (to be used on the Invoice)
- Company Shipping Address including contact name and phone number (to be used on the Invoice)
3. All purchase orders must contain the contact information for the person responsible for receiving and processing the invoice. This contact information must include:
- Person’s Name and their department
- Phone number
- E-mail address
4. The purchase order must contain the following information:
- The product name
- The quantity of products you are ordering
- The Quote or estimate number (if a quote or estimate was requested)
- The total amount of the order in US dollars including shipping costs
5. For U.S. customers, sales tax is necessary if the Company’s billing or shipping address is in Maryland, unless you have a sales exempt certificate. In which case, include that when you email us your purchase order.
We must receive a copy of your purchase order before we can ship your product. Once your purchase order is complete, please email it to email@example.com
6. Payment Methods
For Purchase Orders we accept payment via Bank (Wire) Transfer or Check.
Important: Bank transfer fees are not included in the list prices and your company needs to pay both the sending and receiving bank transfer fees.
Ordering by Check/Money Order back to top
- Standard check or money order: We accept money orders, personal checks and company checks. Checks must be drawn at a U.S. bank with a pre-printed address We do not ship until we have deposited your check or money order and the funds have cleared our bank. By the time your payment is delivered to us, we deposit it and wait for funds to clear, your order is packed and shipped, and it is delivered to you, it might be at least a few weeks. You will receive your order, but it won’t be as fast as ordering online with a credit card or PayPal.

When you receive your order, please verify the type and quantity of each product in the package. Please notify us immediately if any product is missing or damaged. We are not be responsible for, and will not replace, any claimed missing or damaged product unless we are notified in writing of such within 5 business days of delivery date.

We honor Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and E-Check through our secure internet site and personal/business checks and money orders mailed to us. Please do not send cash. We only accept checks drawn at a U.S. bank. They must have your preprinted name and address on them. For international orders please restrict payment to either credit card or an international money order drawn in U.S. dollars.
Return/Cancellation Policy back to top
We offer a full refund, minus a 15% restocking/cancellation fee, and we also deduct our original shipping costs, for cancellation of orders in which the credit card charge has been completely processed by the credit card company or, if product was already shipped, by returning the product to us within 14 days of order date in new condition and unopened. Please remember that we do not promise a specific “shipped by” date for product we had ‘in stock’ when a purchase was made. We ship based on volume of orders.
For returns please call or email for a Return Authorization Number before you return the product. Include your order number in your email.
For cancellation of orders once the credit card charge has been completely processed by the credit card company there will be a 15% restocking/cancellation fee (based on the entire receipt total) deducted from the credit issued. If the credit card charge payment simply has to be ‘voided’ by us (meaning no fees imposed upon us by the credit card company) then the cancellation fee will be waived.
Please include a copy of the original receipt with your return if doing so by mail or provide us with your order number if requesting cancellation by email. Unless we are solely in error, under no circumstances are original shipping costs refunded for any reason.
