Shipping and Ordering Information

We typically the next business day after you place your online order. If the website says that the product is "in stock", then it's in stock. We are the major U.S. supplier of these products, so we make sure we are well stocked. In fact, in seven years of being in business, we have never been out of stock.

Shipping methods

The Emergency RadDecon Kit™ is shipped separately via DHL ground instead of USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Case orders (300+) of Iosat are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. A tracking number can be provided.

Shipping for all products (except as noted above) is via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (our choice. However, kits and other large orders usually ship Ground) and is a flat $4.95 regardless of the order size. Each "ship to" address is treated as a separate order and priced accordingly. Example: If you order 12 packs of Iosat and choose to have 6 sent to one address and 6 sent to another, you will have to place two separate orders and pay the 6+ pricing for each order. We reserve the right to ship together in the same package multiple orders that are shipped to the same person and address.
Delivery estimate: The USPS estimates Priority Mail delivery time as 2-3 days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery time of at least a week is possible. Priority Mail cannot be tracked. Delivery Confirmation, if available, is just that. Confirmation of Delivery. Not an indication of where in the country the package is at any given moment. FedEx Ground and UPS Ground shipments can be tracked and a tracking number can be provided upon request. Orders ship as available stock and quantity of orders allows. We do not issue refunds or credits on delayed delivery unless we receive a refund from the carrier. Delays can result from adverse weather conditions and other factors. We cannot be responsible for incomplete or wrong shipping addresses. Unless we are solely in error, under no circumstances are original shipping costs refunded for any reason. If an order has to be reshipped due to wrong information provided by the customer or their representative, the actual shipping and handling charges incurred will be charged to the customer. And we will not reship until we receive the returned package. If you decide not to pay to have it reshipped you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. HOWEVER, due to security reasons, if your name or company name is not officially registered with the PO Box, the USPS will not deliver it. This means the package will be returned to us and you will have to pay to have it reshipped. And we will not reship until we receive the returned package. If you decide not to pay to have it reshipped you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

FedEx™ (Phone orders only) - Orders placed by phone can select the shipping options listed above or select Federal Express Overnight or 2nd Day Air. FedEx quotes are given over the phone by calling 1-866-283-3986. Call before 1pm EST to have it ship that day. Each "ship to" address is treated as a separate order and priced accordingly. International orders

Due to Customs problems and lack of adequate delivery confirmation, we no longer ship outside of the United States for any product.

Ordering by Check/Money Order

We accept money orders, personal checks and company checks drawn at U.S. banks with a pre-printed address.

Delivery estimate: We do not ship until we have deposited your check or money order and funds have cleared our bank. By the time your payment is delivered to us, we deposit it and wait for funds to clear, your order is packed and shipped, and USPS/FedEX delivers it to you, it might be at least a few weeks. Verification of contents

When you receive your order, please verify the type and quantity of each product in the package. Please notify us immediately if any product is missing or damaged. We are not be responsible for, and will not replace, any claimed missing or damaged product unless we are notified in writing of such within 5 business days of delivery date.

Return Policy
